PRODUCT WARRANTY TERM
1. WARRANTY TERM AND PROOF
1.1 The product you have purchased is guaranteed by its manufacturer (MOLA), for 12 (twelve) months (03 of them arising from a Brazilian legal guarantee and 09 arising from a contractual guarantee from the manufacturer), against defects of manufacturing.
1.2 The defects covered by this warranty are:
those arising from design or manufacture, such as damaged or poorly finished parts, and assembly, such as the absence of advertised parts; or
any other quality defects that make it inappropriate or unsuitable for regular use, such as loose magnets or oxidized parts.
2. WARRANTY EXCLUSION
2.1 The guarantee will not cover, therefore being the Consumer's onus:
damage suffered by the product, or its accessories, as a result of an accident or incorrect and inappropriate use/handling;
damage suffered by the product, as a result of its use for purposes other than those specified by the manufacturer, or incompatible with the purpose of the product;
vice or defect of the product arising from non-compliance with the rules and recommendations described in the Product manuals, fortuitous events, or force majeure, as well as those caused by accidents and forces of nature;
damage caused by the use of third-party components or products and accessories not authorized or approved by MOLA.
3. PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE THE WARRANTY
3.1 If the consumer identifies the existence of a defect in the product, he will immediately communicate, or within the period of item 1.1, to MOLA, through the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org:
attaching the 1st copy of the Purchase Invoice (or corresponding: invoice or purchase order), this Warranty Term and, whenever possible, photos or videos that identify the defect; and
informing which and how many defective parts and the detailed description of the problem found in each item.
3.2 After analysis, MOLA will send instructions on how and where to send the package with the product(s) alleged to have a defect(s).
3.3 Depending on the identified defect, as well as the Consumer's manifestation, MOLA will guarantee the consumer, alternatively:
replacement of the product by another of the same type or replacement of the compromised part;
the refund of the amount paid; or
the proportional reduction of the price.
3.4 Regardless of the sub-item of item 3.3 chosen by the Consumer, after analysis, if the application of the guarantee is verified, MOLA will fulfill the consumer's will within 30 (thirty) days. However, the need for third parties to act, such as post offices, carriers, credit card operators, etc., may make it impossible for effective service to be provided within the said period.
4. TERMINATION OF WARRANTY
4.1 Do not submit the product to repair by people or companies not authorized or not accredited by its manufacturer (MOLA). If this happens, the guarantee will cease immediately.
