Exchanges and Returns 

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Under European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note: You will be responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product Condition for Returns 

You are permitted to examine and test the products in the same manner as you would in a physical retail store. However, the items must not be damaged, worn, or show signs of extended use. You are legally liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods (or proof that you have sent them back), we will refund the payments received from you for the items purchased, including the original standard delivery costs.

Please note:

• We reserve the right to reduce your refund amount or deduct a fee to cover any loss in value if the product is returned damaged, altered, or with signs of usage.
