Shipping policy

At Mola, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every month, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

Products are packed and shipped from our warehouse in São Paulo, Brazil. FedEx, DHL, and UPS are the delivery carriers available for international shipments.

Please use our Shipping Calculator during checkout for accurate shipping rates. Import duty, taxes, and other import-related fees are included in the shipping rate at checkout. 

The estimated delivery time is available with the Shipping Calculator during checkout. Once the payment for your order is confirmed, this is the time that we expect, but do not guarantee, for you to receive your products. Handling, packaging, shipping, and customs clearance times are considered in the estimated delivery time. You must be aware and respond promptly if the carrier contacts you for information or payment to clear the customs; otherwise, it may cause delivery delays.

You will receive the tracking code of your shipment via email or SMS once your order is shipped (1-3 business days after payment confirmation, which is the time it takes for handling and packaging). Access the carrier tracking page to check the status of your shipment.

Any questions or concerns related to a delayed order, please email us at info@molamodel.com and reference your order number in the email subject line.

If the carrier informs you that your shipment is lost, we’ll send you a new shipment to fulfill your order at no extra cost. You will be responsible for applicable charges and customs fees in your country.

Orders will be shipped according to the customer's specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. You can contact shipping company of your choice directly to check the availability of changing the shipping address of your order before it’s delivered. The shipping company may charge extra fees for that service.

The available shipping companies deliver to more than 220 countries or territories. If they aren’t able to deliver to your specific postal code for some reason, we will contact you before shipping so that you can provide another shipping address to check availability. If we can’t find a solution, we will cancel your order and fully refund you on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Customs and Taxes

Mola Education Ltda is responsible for duties, taxes, and other import charges related to customs clearance that may apply in your country. These fees are included in the price of the products or the shipping rates on our online store.

Please note that the shipping company of your choice may contact you (phone number or email specified at checkout) for additional information. It’s your responsibility to track the shipment and contact the shipping company if the shipment is in the customs clearance stage and they haven’t contacted you yet. Delay in responding to the shipping company may incur additional storage fees charged by them.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@molamodel.com if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We also ask that you provide us with an image of the item received and your order number.


Exchanges and Returns 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
